Bad customer service

I recently had a frustrating experience shopping at this store. I ordered a pair of shoes, but to my surprise, I received one leg size 6 and the other leg size 8 .To top it off, I noticed a security tag was still attached to one of the shoes. Talk about a hassle! I thought reaching out to customer service would be a smooth process, but Bash, the representative I spoke with, seemed more confused than helpful. It felt like I was navigating this mess on my own.
