Bad Customer Service

Reading some of the reviews it seems that bad and unfair practice is escalating at Bash.

I ordered a few items online from Bash; however, when I checked the items against the delivery note and noticed that a pink sweater did not arrive. I contacted Customer Services to find out where the top is. In an email reply I was infomed that the top was not picked and packed by the store but that they will refund the amount. I was also informed that they will not be able to send the top.

I was very taken aback; I have been a client for many years yet this is the way that they treat long standing clients.

I am waiting for the item to be delivered and I don't want a refund.
