Bad Customer Experience

I am really disappointed by the way my order from BASH is being handled. It has been 9 days since I placed an order of 5 items only 2 we delivered. To make matters worse when I sent an email to their support the reply I got was that my order was delivered. Shouldn't they be able to check on their system which item were delivered? Now I had to send them a screenshot from their own app of the outstanding items. No this is really poor customer service.
