BAD COMMUNICATION. NO ORDER RECEIVED

I am so disappointed in Bash. I placed an order on the 25th of November and it was said to be delivered within 3-5 business days. It is currently the 5th of December and I have not received my parcel nor have I received any communication explaining the delay. I contacted the bash support and all I was told was that they were waiting for feedback. this was 2 days ago. I am really unhappy with this service.
