Bad app

I always thought this was my best app to shop on when u had tfg now I'm simply disappointed 😞 in this bash app this whole week i placed orders online just for this app to show my things are still pending or are out of stock why does clothing an shoes show available and when u place an order its out of stock i have been a costumer for so many years never had this problem you guys don't even have the time to send us emails to tell us that our order is out of stock my things are pending this whole week I'm so disappointed
