B***1-01, horrible service from Bash

I ordered 2 Honor choice watches on Wednesday, they were delivered on Thursday and when I opened the package I saw that one box did not have plastic wrap on it, opened the box to see that there's no watch inside, reported it the same day and they are telling me that it was packed correctly and there's nothing they can do and I won't get a replacement watch or a refund, they expect me to swallow a R800 loss because of theft on their side the customer service is horrible, all they say is that they can't do anything, from the reviews here, I can see it's happened before to at least one other person
