Avoid Bash - Unresolved Missing Item and No Accountability

I recently purchased 5 items from an online company called Bash. Since they source their products from different suppliers, each item gets shipped separately. I received 4 out of the 5 parcels with no issue. The fifth parcel, however, went missing.

I received an SMS telling me to collect the last parcel from the pickup store I had selected, but when I arrived, the store said it wasn’t there. All four of my previous parcels clearly show the name of the person who signed for them when I track them, but for the missing parcel (sent with a different courier), there is no record of who signed for it at all.

Despite sending Bash all the supporting documents, they simply keep telling me “it’s been delivered” and do not address the fact that I NEVER collected it. Their responses have been nothing but automated apologies with no actual help, no investigation, and no offer of a refund or credit.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and it feels like there is zero accountability for what happened. In my case, ***** occurred on their platform, and they have shown no willingness to assist.

I would not recommend Bash. Their customer service does not support their clients when things go wrong.
