Arrogant,rude and unprofessional delivery guys

The courier companies they partnered with do not value their clients.They are rude arrogant ,*********** and unprofessional. I was told that delivering the parcel that I purchased is a waste of time for them to deliver at my doorstep,yet I have requested that on the delivery note.

This is getting worse by day,yesterday I dealt with Ibisar Hleza,and today Noluthando Duma did the same thing,sometimes you are in a meeting and you can't go downstairs to fetch the parcel hence I would request my parcel to be dropped at my doorstep.

REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED...
