Appalling Service

I bought a sneaker online from Bash when it was on special for R799. The shoe was supposed to be collected on the 1st December at Sneaker Factory in Greenstone according to the tracking. I waited several days for the shoe to be delivered, i even contacted the Bash support team to enquire why my purchase had not arrived and they said that the courier was having issues. I asked Bash team if i cannot collect the shoe myself from the store and was informed that i cannot change my delivery method. Finally my order was cancelled and i was reimbursed but the shoe is now not on sale anymore as it's R1200 which is R400 difference. I feel this is very unprofessional as they could not assist me with my issue and now i need the shoe so i must not pay extra R400 for something which was not my fault even after trying to find an alternative solution with them.
