Appalling customer service!

Bash is the absolute worst business ever.I ordered a few stuff on their website and they sent two incorrect items.I complained and although i was refunded for some of the items i was not refunded for one beauty item. I Sent numerous emails and i have mot received a response.Bash is the pitts of hell. You constantly have to fight with customers service for thing’s to get done should something go wrong with your order.Their customer service is terrible ! The only thing that is good about BASH is fast delivery .
