Angry with service received from Bash

Extremely angry with the pathetic service received from BASH! I purchased 3 pairs of sneakers, 1st pair arrived within 3 days. The 2 pairs was received yesterday only 9 days after purchasing, not alone was it the incorrect sneakers the boxes were totally damaged. Incorrect invoice which means there is a family waiting for the kids sneakers and I am sitting with the sneakers not being able to do anything. Logged a ticket on their website and to my surprise received an email this morning saying that my ticket has been resolved. No call nothing. I will never buy anything via BASH again.
