Angry with BASH!

I'm so disappointed with this company. Early August I bought a male jogger for R349 but I received a t-shirt worth R129. I immediately called them when I saw this. I couldn't send it to the nearest store because the invoice and the item were two different things. They arranged a pick up. To date 28/09/23 I haven't received my refund. I Everytime when I call I'm told they will refer this matter to the relevant department.
