Angry customer

Whether it is TFG or BASH, I paid my outstanding debt to my sportscene account, I even have a paid up letter but they failed to update my credit records, now it’s saying that I still owe the company and it’s still active on their side. I called multiple times still no help from their consultants from October 2023 until now 🚮
