Angry customer

Am not happy with bash(totalsport) because i placed an order for a child and it went through, as a happy parent only to get a email stating that my order has being canceled and I will be refunded after few days. How do you expect my child to have shoes before new year while i will be still waiting for you. You add on top of our frustration because i have to buy for other kids.
