My daughter just got a new Capitec bank card and 6 days later an amount was deducted out of this NEW ACCOUNT. I went on the Capitec App to see who took the money, take note its her (MAINTENANCE MONEY). I saw it was a company named BASH. Never heard of them before (TFG). I went to Capitec to explain that their is ***** activity on this account. They suggested we get new card and we had to pay additional R80 to report the *****. I explained that she didn't buy anything online or have no TFG account, she doesn't work and the fact we didn't have anymore money in the account after BASH took everything. After a long fight went home and phoned BASH. They said they can see we dont have any information on my daughter, but they needed the proof of deduction. So I did that yesterday 13th October. This morning I received an email stating they cant do anything regarding my case, I need to send them her TFG ACCOUNT NUMBER...... OMG I lost it. I said she DOESN'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT HOW CAN I SEND DETAILS. Now fed up and fighting for her money back. And no answers. Please if someone can help
