40g Skoon Oh sherbet sold on special but they deliver 20grams

I received incorrect products. The Skoon Oh Sherbet 40g which I order 3 units was on 50% discount for me to receive 20g. When I went to a Foschini instore they advised me to keep my products because they wont be able to give my the correct products I ordered. This to me is truely the poorest service I have ever received from Bash/ Foschini. Their exchange service is shocking not even mentioning getting hold of support. I will only support Superbalist and Takealot because their after serbice is brilliant.
