I recently made purchased on the BASH website and made use of the 3 for 2 special.

3 sneakers were purchased. One of them was delivered in the wrong size. A courier collected the incorrect size, however i was not credited for the item due to the special. To compensate for their mistake. i was sent a voucher. 25% off a minimum spend of R500.00 According to the special, one item was guaranteed to be free. They believe that I lack intelligence to make use of the disgusting voucher that was sent. The cost of the shoe that was incorrect was R349.95, I would have to Spend R375.00 to get the same item that i ordered at an additional cost to me.

This is pathetic. I have sent countless emails regarding this atrocious voucher and no response has been given to me. The error was on their side, not mine. i should have to now pay R375.00 for it!!!
