3-5 Days waiting for delivery is not true, but misleading

I'm so disgusted in the latest activities of bash. I placed an order on 30 April 2025for collection at Totalsports, Capegate. On this day 5 May 2025,this parcel is Not ready for pick up at Sneaker factory N1 City. On there site this bash advertising that delivering, within urban areas are 3 to 5 days. As far as my knowledge consernis that Capegate is within an urban area. So why must I be disadvantaged to wait beyond their delivering, advertised time? Now I must make a special trip to Cape Gate mall, because we had business to perform at the mall. So, what makes me angry is the fact that this bash, don't know, if it's a company or subordinate of TFG. This is the first time that I have received such bad service. Anything can happen, but keep your clients informed.

A person call Sinazu sent me an email promising to escalate the delivery. His email is so disgusting, because it was very disrespectful, approaching me like I'm his/ her best friend. I'm a proud African senior citizen and retired military veteran , who believes in respect to your elders and people you don't know. No further communication, from him/her although I contacted this person. Tracking the parcel, it shows that the pick up was canceled, by the courier company. So where are the 3 to 5 day delivery times now? Who will compensate me for the extra trip that I must make, when this parcel will eventually arrive?
Thanks for bad service. My plea to this company is to be truthful and to keep the customer informed
