2 left shoes delivered

I recently ordered sneakers online at Bash for me and my girlfriend to wear on my birthday. The sneakers were both delivered on 2 separate days at my work place, i just took them home hoping i got what i ordered. So on the 2nd June we took out the sneakers to fit with our outfits for the next day which was my birthday. So my sneakers were too tight so then i knew i had to go to the shop and change them. However my girlfriend had 2 left sneakers delivered to her. i was shocked and the following day i took them to Cosmo mall totalsports to try and change them and they didn't have, i was told those specific sneakers are at mall of the north and mall of africa, which was far for me. i then asked if they had the same ones as mine unfortunately had to drive again to Cradlestone to go change because there they had availability. Another petrol money wasted, when i got there I had to pay more for the sneakers I wanted which didn't bother me cause I wanted my partner to look and feel good. We went out with matching sneakers which was great, the next day we realized that we were given 2 different sneakers again by people from totalsports cradlestone mall. Now I'm stuck with a pair of sneakers that don't lookalike, the other shoe has a price tag of R1099.00 which was the right sneaker I wanted for my partner. Look bash has failed me I don't even know what to do as my girlfriend doesn't wanna wear them anymore. I don't trust your shoes anymore, the reason we order online is to avoid the driving up and down to different stores to get the sneakers we want. In this instance i feel i wasted my money and time ordering from bash online, you really had made me unhappy
