Wrong Sneaker Delivered and No Follow-Up

I recently made my first purchase on Bash - a pair of Reebok sneakers. Imagine my surprise when I received a pair of Hi-Tec sneakers instead! I immediately lodged a return with the reference number COL1T***0, and they collected the incorrect item the next day. However, that's where the communication stopped. I haven't heard from them since.

To add to the frustration, the paperwork inside the packaging clearly indicated "Reebok sneakers", making it even more perplexing how Hi-Tec sneakers ended up being sent to me. Perhaps I'm being too critical. After all, packing a Hi-Tec sneaker instead of the Reebok one a customer ordered must be a common mistake, right?

I had high hopes for my experience with Bash, but this ordeal disappointed me. This will be my last purchase from them unless the situation is adequately resolved. If you want to shop online, stay away from these guys. Horrible service!!
