Shocking Service

Shocking service - shocking attitude. Held on for two hours on the phone hearing I’m number 1 in the queue but no answer and next day again held for an hour no response. Furthermore phoned a store to keep a size aside, get to said store a fair drive away to discover they put the wrong item aside after I’d explained very clearly. Useless staff useless store. Email also sent - no response.
