Pathetic after sales service

This is the worst post customer service, I have ever experienced in my whole life. My sister had ordered a pair of Birkenstock sandals online which had been delivered on the 6th December 2020. Firstly, they sent the wrong size Secondly, when trying to call on her behalf, the phones DOES NOT GET ANSWERED Thirdly, emails DO NOT GET REPLIES Apparently, Jade the consultant is still trying to source the correct size and my sister is still waiting on a response since the 17th December 2020. So, peeps my advice never purchase anything from Bash Africa ever again.
