Bad Business Birkenstock

Absolutely atrocious. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. They accept the order and then don't send your purchase to you. They don't reply to any enquiries and don't send any form of communication about the status of your order. Multiple people have complained about this company over social media saying they never received their orders and they just ignore it! Honestly, save yourself your hard earned money and go to the physical Birkenstock store if you have to.

I wish someone else had reviewed this company on here before I made a purchase.
