Worst service ever!!!

I'm absolutely appalled by the shocking level of service or complete lack thereof from bash. I ordered a pair of sneakers expecting an exciting purchase instead it has turned into a neverending nightmare,Bash has manged to send me the wrong size three consecutive times!! To make matters worse when the shoes finally arrived they were visibly dirty looking as though they had already been worn or poorly handled.Every time I try to get this resolved I'm met with the same cycle of returns and errors this is absolutely unacceptable!!!
