Hi! I queried the complete disappearing of my airtime in my new contract with Vodacom. The culprit: Baseplay Max. I don't know where and how they entered my contract at the cost of R15 PER DAY! Luckily (after the usual nearly endless meandering to get some sensible advice from the nearly unsidestepable Tobi) I ended up with a human called "Mosa". What a relief! He sorted my problem with great patience and even reinstated enough airtime to survive the month. And Baseplay Max is no more! But, If you get into a new contract, beware!
