Baseplay and Vodacom

I am so appalled by this company, taking money from people who did not subscribe to them. Some people did so unknowingly and the rest of us never did at all. I would like to know however how Vodacom can see this take place, even see the subscription on your account, they even have the ability to cancel the subscription but cant give your money back. Instead they say contact baseplay, the more you ask who are these people, the more they say speak to them for your money back.

The people working at baseplay is really devilish and somehow vodacom knows about them but are not doing anything to stop them or hold them accountable. Vodacom are in bed with them, thats all thats making sense to me. This is *******.
