Bad Customer Experience

I bought shoes on their website and it has not been shipped to my address... I bought them on September 13,2025 I emailed them on the 23 September because there was no progress on delivery as I checked the tracking ID-now it says my shoes were collected by customer but I was waiting for delivery not collection now my shoes could have been collected by someone
