Refund

It's been 5 months waiting for my refund from the accounts department of the school, they keep giving me false dates & now no money in my account as yet and Noone is answering my emails. I'm so angry & disappointed at how unprofessional they are. My son's fees are paid in full for the whole year. All I ask is for the remaining balance is that too much to ask? Please help me
