Refund

I have been waiting for a call from Rhulani Makhubela from finance since February and for a call from the principal since she said she would call back in 20 minutes. It's been two full months since then, and it seems like no one knows what's going on because you keep getting different information from each of them. I have also been waiting for a refund since March, and even now, no one has responded. The service at Basa Tutorial Institute is completely awful; they advertise lies to get clients, and when you try to follow up, nobody responds. You have to constantly take time from work to go there or call the office. When you ask questions, everyone points the finger at someone else or places the responsibility elsewhere. I asked to have the contract I signed emailed to me in February, but even now, in April, I'm still waiting. The supervisor, Lebogang, is unresponsive to my inquiries. This school's administration is terrible.
