Poor Customer Service From Accounts Department!

I have been communicating with Basa Tutorial in Eloff from July regarding a refund. I have submitted all documents required but no positive response. They take me from pillar to post. Schools are gonna be closing soon and they still saying nothing. I would never recommend a parent to enroll their child at Basa. Their accounts office is ***********. Poor client service!
