Poor communication system ,poor education school

I've been having difficulties with BASA PRIMARY SCHOOL BASED IN PROTEA GLEN EXT 11,I was made aware during the cause of the year that my child has learning difficulties, Me as a parent I asked what's the way forward with matter as I'm concerned I need every assistance that I can get, They advised they will try to get teachers to assist further however the results were not good...Okay as a parent I needed channels as what do We do in the case like this I was advised to fill in the form SNA form that will be taken to the 18/11/22 still no response or feedback from the school, I went to the school again asking 07/12/22 for my Childs file to take it to Remedial school which I find the details on google. to my surprise no file on any nothing was prepared I was asked to come in the morning to collect the file as my child matter was discovered 1st Term...right now from the remedial school i was advised to get district official person from school they cant give me that name I was referred to their cluster leader Mrs Mashele When I called her She knows nothing about my child case I advise to explain the matter ,I asked for her to include the Principal in our conversation since His aware what's going on,I advised them I can't be repeating what our guyz are already discussing as your in process of my childs matter,What I've picked up the school is not well equipped teachers,they only thing that their after is money as in school fees,everytime I have to run around for feedback from them as how far is the process only to find out nothing it's been done..From them I'm asking for district personnel to liase with regards to the matter, I took my son to Specialist of which the matter needs to be attended too as the child is busy attending classes ,my son is not in class now since I can't afford to pay school fees as the process was suppose to be done last year since I was paying monthly.. They don't have any assistance however they are called private school,I need the school to tell me exactly what are they really doing? are they assisting parent to get proper education or is it a money making schem
