Dishonest and unqualified Developer Barzani 53 (pty) ltd

Bought into a security development by Barzani 53/Al**** Holdings and it has just been headache after headache. The developer refuses to pay levies on the units they still own in the complex, the development in general consists of sub-standard work and they refuse to put a security wall at the back of the complex.

My advice, stay away from these people. They are ***** that ***** money from the unsuspecting consumer.
