Bad customer service

we moved into Whitfield ridge and a month later got ****** in the complex at gun point and shot at. they took all our electricals and when we consulted the agents Al**** holdings they demanded we replace the door and it took us a couple of weeks before they replaced the door. we had to research and find out how we as tenants that had 1 month left before our lease ends to give notice and according to the law you can give 20 days notice. which we did and made sure nothing was broken and the flat was clean when we moved. but today is 2nd Febuary and we moved out in December on the 27th but still have not recieved our deposit money. i do not understand why depositing money would take longer than a month with no breakdown of anything.
