Small Business Disappointment

What a disappointment when ordering from this business in June. I placed my order for sheep wool slippers. Paid R1079 that included delivery and to this day have not received my product. I contacted them numerous times. I frequently had to ask for updates as they had no intention of notifying me. In the end they were unable to deliver the product and are ignoring my request for a refund. They are simply the reason people doesn't support small business nowadays and why I have lost faith in small business.
