Rude staff, lack of communication and horrible service.

I have had Horrible Service from Baruch shoes and Michelle is incredibly rude. I ordered the shoes on 24 Feb 2018 in person at irene. Michelle said it would be delivered to me on Tuesday and she will phone me with the tracking number. Tuesday comes and there is no call. I call them, oh the shoes are not done yet and btw there is a delivery fee. I was never informed of this and I told her it is not acceptable as she should have told me that. Finally after a few minutes of arguing she said she will cover the delivery cost. On thursday I phone again enquiring about where my order is. She said it would be sent out that afternoon and I will receive it tomorrow(Friday 2 March). On 16:00 on Friday I phone again as there is a stunning lack of shoes. She said the courries were late. I told her this is not acceptable as she has not once called me to give me an update. I asked for my money backe and same thing "the parcel has already been sent". She is really rude and does not know how to work with clients. Disgusting!! All I am asking for is feedback, they should not be overpromissing and under delivering!
