Complaint

<p>I had a look at my account this morning and noticed a debit order came off from Santam, when i called them they had said a new policy was created with a company called barton financial services, i called barton financial services and they had the policy number yet couldn't tell me who created the policy and they couldn't even tell me what my name was. There was no information with the policy yet they very easily took money from me. So just beware because it sounds like a bug ****. </p>
