SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

Hi everyone, I signed an OTP on 21 April 2018, bond was approved in May. Their are 2 parties involved as it is a deceased estate, the Father and the Daughter who is the executor of the mothers estate. The daughters lawyers are the conveyancing attorneys. After signing the OTP I heard nothing from the attorneys for a month. I asked them what is the amount that i am supposed to pay them, and waited. Suddenly I get an e-mail saying that you need to pay R14,111.33 or we cant proceed. I paid them the same day, sent the proof of payment and waited. After a few weeks of hearing nothing I decided to call the sellers attorneys asking if they had everything they needed to start the process and they informed me that they needed everyone involved's I.D. and tax number. They never contacted me prior to my asking what else they needed. The sellers daughter then informed me that I could move into the house and pay occupational rent, thinking it wouldn't take long before the transfer goes through. I moved into the house on 12 June. By now I am getting the rates paper and see that the rates is almost 7000 already, so I e-mail and ask when are you doing the rates clearance I kept calling and everytime I get told the lawyer is in court and they will give him the message to call back which he never does. I e-mailed asking when this would be done and was then told by Kyle, the intern that it was done in September only. I then asked for proof and he kept saying the file is with Barry the attorney. I finally got through to Barry and asked for the proof to be sent to me and he asked me why do I want the proof, in a very abrupt manner. I told him I am the client and I have paid you over R14000, that's why.I then got the proof of payment and it showed that it was only paid the day I spoke to Barry, so they had been lying about paying it for a month. I then asked when the endor*****t for section 42 would be sent to the master, and was told it would be hand delivered. Weeks go by and no news on the endor*****t so I called the master myself only to be told that it had been rejected due to the paperwork not having the right signatures and it was illegible. I asked the master to send me what he had received,,, the copy was so bad that nobody can make out what it said... I was furious bcos this was another delay tactic by Barry, bcos their was no way in hell the master would endorse that. And to top it off they **** about it. Then it was they lost the documents in the post...and have to send the copies to the master again for endor*****t. I just found out yesterday that the new endor*****t has been approved on the 4th of March already, and that the rates clearance certificate has expired on 19th January of this year, so now they have to re-apply. I have been paying occupational rent since June of last year and this transfer is still not done. They delay and delay and lie about everything and Barry has not once in all this time of me sending e-mails has he rep****. I have paid R27,900 in occupational rent already.... SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.
