Customer care - top notch!

I had been searching for a particular rug for months in a specific size. I went in to the shop with not much hope I could be helped, Jonathan and Ralph went above and beyond to get me my dream rug, I didn't mind the long wait as it had to be ordered specially but it was definitely worth it!! The staff were very patient with me, I will definitely use them for my future flooring needs!
