LOST BUILDING PLANS

My partner found one Ashley Baker in 2014, a junior architect, willing to draw up plans for our house and submit to council. He was unregistered and working for Barry Abrahams, who allowed him to draw up plans and submit using Barry's SACAP registration. Ashley Baker took our money, drew up plans, and then disappeared without submission. Barry Abrahams has washed his hands of this situation, offering to assist if we pay him more. I think ****, and when speaking (yes, angrily) to Barry he told me I'm up his nose and hung up the phone. I am currently seeking the help of SACAP to report him and looking to track Ashley Baker down to recoup our money.
