Unreliable and unprofessional service

Shocking experience, stay away from BarronAir!!!

I was in contact with Gareth from BarronAir ***ner). I had to continuously follow up with Gareth for requested quotes, days his team would be coming out to our offices, or to confirm scheduled meetings.

Added to that, yesterday, 2 March 2020, I followed up with him for a day his team would be coming out; after hearing no word from him should his team be making our scheduled day/ coming earlier; he arrogantly advised that he was “making a management decision” and told me to find another company. He left me no time to respond to this comment, said thank you very much, goodbye and put down the phone.

Shocking customer service. Rude owner. Unprofessional and unfriendly!!
