Poor lamb carcasses quality

It has been 2 moths now buying lamb carcasses from this butchery since January and i must say i am very disappointed with the quality of their lamb meat. It doesn't have fat at all and gets dry when cooked. I don't encourage anyone to buy their lamb meat.
