Worst service ever!!!

I have called numerus times no one picks up - I have called and left messages to call me back no one calls me back - I once was nearly finished with my request when my airtime ran out no one bothered calling me back?

All I want to know is if my last payment is end of this month however when we dont pay then they are easy to call us every second of the day!!!!
