Unprofessional service

I have a credit card which was handed to these people, I have been making payments to them as agreed and sometimes when I have extra money I pay them extra. Today they called the whole of my contact list looking for me, how they got those contacts I have no idea, my phone is always on but they don’t call me. I heard from someone that lawyers are looking for me up and down like I missed payments, my account is up to date and I really don’t understand why they are calling the whole world looking for me. Yesterday I received an sms from them acknowledging my December payment but today they are paging me and saying I missed my December payment, what kind of ****ery is this? And I get nasty smses to call them urgently but they have airtime to call other people looking for me, your level of unprofessionalism is unmatched
