Undisclosed Fees

Am furiously upset with these attorneys, my Mellin Account was handed over to them due to my outstanding fees. They sent me a statement last month to confirming my balance of R3450 of which I paid on the 26-10-2020 and prior to paying I called through the consultant confirmed the same amount I paid, my reference number is Mell10087. Yesterday I was called by the lady at Mellin I-store in Vaal Mall to say that I have an outstanding amount of R425, how the hell is this possible???? Hello Peter I need ur help
