Unauthorised deduction...

Without an invoice or a call or even an account - they just deducted money from our bank account without authorisation..... And they claim to be legal! Is that legal - especially given the amount. I called several times - but they kept dropping my call. An unemployed persons bank account was deducted - food money was ******! They deducted from my husband.... our children suffered most... Shame on you!
