Unacceptable Service

What a bunch of bullies. They harass you relentlessly - even after you have made an arrangement AND honored it. I receive calls and messages from them on a daily basis saying I have not paid when I have and sent POP. Surely they cannot charge you for these calls on top of your already hefty bill ????
