This company is trash

A previous employee gave my number as an alternative number for his FNB account and subsequently defaulted in said account.

The account was handed over to Barrett & Associates who are perhaps the worst example of how a predatory and ************ business is allowed to operate with impunity in South Africa.

I have contacted them multiple times to have my number removed and explained that I am not the person they're looking for. I have had the phone hung up on me when it became clear that they wouldn't remove my number. I have had my number 'removed', only to be told that it may just be added back because it's a part of the original file and now lastly, I've been hung up on again.

The call center staff are unprofessional and quickly ask you to be patient etc.. but these are the last efforts of defensive and idiotic staff who realize they have no actual answers or help to provide. I registered this HelloPeter account specifically for this because I can find no other platform where they are approachable and the long list of single stars speaks volumes.

tl;dr This company is trash.
