Rude Operator

<p>Regarding rudeness that I received from one of your operators.</p> <p><br />Unfortunately I did not catch her name, but upon answering and telling her that the person they are looking for is no longer working here, hasn’t worked here in a long time and will probably never work here again, I got a very rude response of “ you might want to take into consideration that the person we are looking for owes money to a lot of people and it is not the same people who keep phoning over and over” </p> <p><br />I asked her from what company she phoned and she responded with Barret and Associates. </p> <p><br />I just wanted to make it clear that the person she was looking for will never be found at this contact number. I was not in any way rude but I have repeated myself over and over and there is a definite possibility that an operator from your institution has phoned here looking for this person. I find it very hard to believe that Barret and Associates would phone once looking for a person who has not worked for us in over a year. I cannot believe that you collect all outstanding debts with your first phone call looking for an individual.</p> <p><br />I understand this is her job and cannot be easy but I would appreciate to not be the one on whom somebody would take out there mid day frustrations. It reflects bad on your entire company.</p> <p> </p>
