Rude and Arrogant Call Centre agent

I made a call to the call centre on - ********** 462 - Barrett & Ass to make an arrangement to pay my fiance's FNB Credit Card. I introduced myself as Mrs Daleen Bondesio the lady said she was Margie. I offed to pay R300.00 on his account as my fiance is unemployed. Maki said that that is not enough and it not even worth paying R300.00 cause the bank will take legal action. The bank wants R1800.00 I said I am sorry we can not afford it. She was extremely arrogant . I asked for her surname so that I can write every thing down and every month speak to only one person. She refused and said she is the only Margie. I asked to speak to her supervisor she said "They don't take calls. In a very arrogant manner. And put the phone down in my ear. I myself work for Attorneys Hack Stupel & Ross. This is extremely unprofessional. I demand that Maki should be rep remanded for her behavior and arrogance..
