Poor Service from this Company

Have Settled my account with them. Its been over a week, and still no feedback from Gerhard Van der Merwe as proof of payment was sent to them, and after call after call you just get cut off. This is definitely not on. Please can someone at least give feedback as to when this company will start to respond to emails and telephone calls.
